Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health expanded its specialty DSO and specialist ownership model with the addition of four specialty groups.
The platform spans seven states and provides endodontic and periodontic care to more than 160 general dentistry practices throughout the specialist-owned groups, according to an April 10 news release shared with Becker’s.
PDS Health’s model opens a path to ownership, provides financial and operational support and allows specialists to maintain their clinical autonomy. Specialists are able to create equity in their business and benefit from the PDS Health established infrastructure.
The model includes eight regionally aligned partnerships and four specialty owners who partner with regional leaders for business support and development.
Here are the four new partnerships:
- Atlas Endo Partners, led by Eva Xiong, DDS, and serves Tennessee.
- Endodontics Health Group, led by Fredericka Salbo, DMD, serves Louisiana and Georgia.
- Optimus Endo, led by Djavan Wharton-Lake, DDS, serves Virginia and Maryland.
- Periodontics Health Group, led by Zulema Valdivia, DDS, serves Georgia, Florida and South Carolina.
