A newly constructed dental office building in Ocala, Fla., was recently sold for more than $3 million, ocala-news.com reported Feb. 24.
WJC Properties purchased the building as a net-leased investment from WMG Real Estate 3 Feb. 18.
The building houses Foxwood Dental Care, a multispecialty practice supported by Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental.
