Gen4 Dental Partners, Modis Dental Partners and SGA Dental Partners have all merged under one brand.
The DSOs now make up a single organization operating under the SGA Dental Partners brand, led by CEO Jordan DiNola, according to an announcement on the company’s website.
Gen4 Dental Partners, SGA Dental Partners and Modis Dental Partners were launched in 2021, 2022 and 2023, respectively, and backed by private equity firm Thurston Group.
SGA Dental Partners now supports more than 250 locations and more than 500 dentists in 26 states, making it one of the largest DSOs in the U.S.
