The property is located in a retail corridor in Alabama and has approximately four years remaining on its lease, according to a March 26 news release.
Four Corners Property Trust has acquired several DSO-operated properties in recent years. It purchased several Aspen Dental properties last year as well as other Heartland Dental properties.
