How DSOs can build a successful recruitment team

DSOs with dedicated recruitment teams may find it easier to fill vacant staff roles, according to one exec.

Thomas Marler, president and CEO of Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental, recently shared in a LinkedIn post how Sage Dental approaches recruitment:

“A DSO can build a successful provider recruitment team by having a group of individuals who focus on different provider types,” he wrote. “For example, we have a team that focuses on general dentistry, specialists and hygienists. We also have a separate team for practice staff positions. This approach enables us to have structure and an efficient process to find the very best for our patients.”
