Dallas-based MB2 Dental was among eight dental companies recently included on the Inc. Regionals 2025 list

The rankings are based on the companies’ percentage revenue growth from 2021 to 2023. The minimum revenue requirement is $100,000 in 2021 and $1 million for 2023. 

MB2 Dental experienced an 86% revenue growth rate from 2021 to 2023.

Here are some of the most notable moves from the dental partnership organization since 2021:

2021

  • Carrollton, Texas-based dental partnership organization MB2 Dental onboarded Joseph Fox and Michael Gans as vice presidents of business development.
  • MB2 Dental was named a best-led company by Inc.
  • The DPO expanded its network into 12 states and added 111 offices in 2021.

2022

  • MB2 Dental launched its own foundation, the MB2 Family Foundation, to provide financial support to employees who experience an unforeseen hardship.
  • MB2 Dental added 126 partners and entered three new states in 2022.

2023

  • MB2 Dental secured a delayed-draw term loan of $150 million.
  • MB2 Dental partnered with Haystack to create Cerebro, an intranet platform to streamline communications. 
  • The organization added 163 practices in 2023.

2024

  • MB2 Dental closed on a $2.344 billion unitranche debt facility to fund acquisitions and future growth.
  • MB2 Dental teamed up with Global Corporate Real Estate & Facilities, a real estate management firm, to help support practice owners.
  • MB2 Dental was named a winner of two Stevie Awards and a winner in D CEO’s 2024 Mergers and Acquisitions Awards program.
  • Warburg Pincus, a private equity firm, invested $525 million into MB2 Dental.
  • MB2 Dental added 108 practices to its network in 2024, surpassing 750 total practices.
  • MB2 Dental expanded into Iowa, Massachusetts, South Carolina, Vermont and West Virginia, bringing its footprint to 44 states. 

2025

  • MB2 Dental added its first practice in Hawaii, partnering with Hawaii Endodontics.
