Dallas-based Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics has selected IntelePeer’s AI platform to improve patient engagement and streamline operations across its practices.
IntelePeer’s conversational AI platform helps reduce missed calls and provides appointment management through voice, text and digital channels, according to a May 28 news release.
The DSO has automated 67% of its primary use cases within 45 days by using the AI platform.
Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics supports more than 70 practice locations, the release said.
