Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group has expanded its footprint in Arizona with the acquisition of a pediatric office.
The DSO acquired AZ Family & Kid’s Dental in Phoenix, bringing its network to five practices in the Phoenix and Mesa region, according to a May 6 news release.
Lone Peak Dental Group said the deal will increase access to care for underserved populations, including patients with Medicaid.
Lone Peak Dental Group supports more than 75 pediatric dental practices in 14 states.
