Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group has added 11 pediatric dental and orthodontics offices in Georgia and South Carolina.
The 11 offices are spread across four dental practices the DSO acquired: Carolina Dental Docs, Children’s Dental Center, Novus Orthodontics and Foster Orthodontics.
The deals are part of the DSO’s mission to increase access to pediatric dental and orthodontic services, including for underserved communities and Medicaid recipients, according to a July 1 news release.
Lone Peak Dental Group received a $15 million mezzanine debt investment in June from o15 Capital Partners, an alternative investment firm.
Lone Peak Dental Group now supports more than 90 offices in 14 states.
