Massachusetts retail pads with an Aspen Dental sell for $7.6M

Three retail pads in Wareham, Mass., that include an Aspen Dental location have sold for $7.6 million, according to a Nov. 7 report by REJournals.

The sites also include Starbucks, U.S. Air National Guard, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Crumbl Cookies and Wareham Animal Hospital.

The buyer of the properties was not disclosed. 

Aspen Dental supports more than 1,000 practices across the U.S., including more than 25 in Massachusetts.
