The rankings are based on a company’s revenue growth over a three-year period.
Here are the leaders of five DSOs with largest revenue growth on the list:
James Jones. CEO of Cal Dental USA (Los Angeles): Mr. Jones joined Cal Dental more than a decade ago as a dental assistant and front desk representative. He served as the vice president up until he was appointed CEO in December 2024.
Doug Daniels and Matt Hendrick. Co-founders of Elevate Dental Partners (Denver): Mr. Daniels and Mr. Hendrick launched EDP in 2019 to provide comprehensive support services to dental practices while allowing clinicians to maintain autonomy.
Jeffrey Burch, DMD, and Leann Burch, DMD. Co-Founders of Burch Dental Partners (Rockford, Ill.): Jeffrey is a board certified periodontist with more than 20 years of experience with various dental procedures. Leann has practiced dentistry for more than 14 years, leading the DSO’s original practice, Burch Dental in Machesney Park, Ill.
Phil Cassis. Co-Founder and CEO of Providence Dental Partners (Atlanta): Mr. Cassis has more than a decade of experience advising thousands of dental practices in the U.S. on business strategy and best practices to improve operations and profitability.
Danny Kawas. Founding Partner and CEO of Guardian Dentistry Partners (Miami): Mr. Kawas held various roles in such industries as healthcare software, finance and education before founding Guardian Dentistry Partners. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance and economics from the University of Miami.
