Seventeen DSOs were recently ranked among the fastest-growing companies by Inc.
The companies on the list were ranked according to their percentage revenue growth between 2021 and 2024.
Here are the CEOs and founders of the top three DSOs on the list:

Ashish Bagai and Amir Fardshi. Co-CEOs of Vitana Pediatric and Orthodontic Partners (Plantation, Fla.): Mr. Bagai worked in a variety of roles before Vitana, including serving as the head of strategy, operations and marketing at a global fintech company, as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, and as an investment banker at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Fardshi previously served as the head of global real estate for Burger King and Popeyes. He was also a private equity investor at Ares Management, where he evaluated investment opportunities in dentistry.
Danny Kawas. Founding Partner and CEO of Guardian Dentistry Partners (Miami): Mr. Kawas held various roles in such industries as healthcare software, finance and education before founding Guardian Dentistry Partners. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance and economics from the University of Miami.
Jeffrey Burch, DMD, and Leann Burch, DMD. Co-Founders of Burch Dental Partners (Rockford, Ill.): Jeffrey is a board certified periodontist with more than 20 years of experience with various dental procedures. He earned his dental degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and completed his residency at Saint Louis (Mo.) University. Leann has practiced dentistry for more than 14 years, leading the DSO’s original practice, Burch Dental in Machesney Park, Ill. She earned her dental degree and completed her implant fellowship at Southern Illinois University.
