A single-tenant retail property in Franklin, N.C., that is net-leased to Aspen Dental, has been sold for $2 million, according to a July 10 report from REBusiness Online.
The property was built in 2022 and the Aspen Dental practice is occupying the location on a 10-year corporate lease.
Both the buyer and seller in the transaction are private real estate investors.
Aspen Dental is one of the largest DSOs in the U.S., supporting more than 1,100 practice locations.
