The oral surgery practice has locations in Plano, Denton, Decatur and Gainesville, according to a May 25th news release. It is led by Larry Stewart, DDS, and Wayne Michael, DDS, MD.
OMS360 was launched in February by private equity firm Shore Capital Partners. Its network consists of practices throughout Georgia, Texas, Kentucky and Alabama.
