The DSO is set to open locations in Vestavia Hills and Gardendale, Ala., during August, according to an Aug. 20 news release.
In addition, Sage Dental is planning to open two practices in Florida, located in St. Johns and Orlando.
Alabama is the fourth state that Sage Dental will support practices in, along with Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. The company made its first additions in Tennessee in June.
Sage Dental’s network includes more than 130 total practices, the release said.
