Here are five updates that have taken place since Feb. 6:
1. Sage Dental helped its CFO Mark Brockelman raise $245,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to support blood cancer research and treatments.
2. More than 60 dentists affiliated with the DSO completed dental implant training at the Academy of Modern Implants & Dentistry through the Sage Academies program.
3. Sage Dental partnered with Tracy Dinh, DMD, in Lawrenceville, Ga., and Maulin Patel, DMD, in Brandon, Fla.
4. Jim Mizouni, senior vice president and chief development officer of Sage Dental, spoke with Becker’s about how the company’s business model differs from other DSOs and what strategies have helped grow the company.
5. The DSO opened offices in Davenport, Fla., and Woodstock, Ga.
