Sage Dental raises $245K to support blood cancer research

Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental recently helped its CFO Mark Brockelman raise $245,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to support blood cancer research and treatments.

Mr. Brockelman said in a June 1 news release that the initiative was personal to him after losing two family members from cancer. He initially aimed to raise $100,000. Mr. Brockelman was honored as the top fundraiser, earning a Visionary of the Year award from the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. 

Sage Dental supports more than 90 practices in Florida and Georgia.
