Per the agreement, Smile Brands will provide full-service administrative support to Doerner Dental, including purchasing, payroll, accounting, IT, billing, facilities management and marketing.
Staff at Doerner Dental will remain in place and the practice will continue to operate under its original brand.
J. Timothy Doerner, DDS, founded the practice 35 years ago. Dr. Doerner and his team offer various services, including implants, extractions, root canal therapy and veneers.
Smile Brands is among the largest dental service organizations in the country with more than 420 affiliated practices across 18 states.
