The Aspen Group reports $4.2B in H1 revenue: 5 things to know

Chicago-based The Aspen Group recorded $4.2 billion in annualized net revenue for the first half of 2025, according to an Aug. 25 news release from the company. 

Here are five things to know about TAG’s first half:

  1. The $4.2 billion in annualized net revenue represents an 8% year-over-year increase. 
  2. The Aspen Groups supports more than 1,000 dental practices between Aspen Dental and ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, two of its dental brands. 
  3. Aspen Dental added 11 practices in the first half of 2025, while ClearChoice opened three centers during the first half of the year. 
  4. Aspen Dental and ClearChoice partnered with the National Foundation of Ectodermal Dysplasias to provide free dental care to individuals with ectodermal dysplasia.
  5. The Aspen Group University celebrated its second anniversary, providing the organization’s providers with coursework in practice management, patient care protocols and dental technologies, as well as leadership workshops and mentorship programs.
