The biggest DSO acquisitions in 2026

Here are some of the most notable DSO acquisitions that have taken place so far this year:

1. Toronto-based Dentalcorp entered the U.S. market after acquiring Northstar Dental Partners, a 21-practice DSO headquartered in Boca Raton, Fla.

2. Miami-based Guardian Dentistry Partners entered into a definitive agreement for a strategic majority acquisition of Florham Park, N.J.-based Select Dental Management, adding 38 practices to its network.

3. Phoenix-based SALT Dental Partners acquired MyOrthodontist, which has 14 locations throughout North Carolina.

4. Nashville, Tenn.-based Innovate 32 acquired Viridian Dental Partners, which has five practices and eight dentists. 

5. Minneapolis-based beBright acquired Pediatric Dentistry of Shreveport-Bossier, the largest affiliation in the DSO’s four year history. Pediatric Dentistry of Shreveport-Bossier has six locations, 10 pediatric dentists and more than 100 staff members across Louisiana.

6. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management acquired Blank Dental Group, which has three locations in Ohio.
