- Phoenix-based Salt Dental Partners opened a second headquarters office in Nashville, Tenn.
- Charlotte, N.C.-based Flagship Specialty Partners partnered with South Florida Dental Implant & Facial Surgery Center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
- Troy, Mich.-based Smile Partners USA affiliated with Blankenship Family Dentistry in Stone Mountain, Ga.
- Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity added a multi-location and multi-doctor orthodontic practice in Louisiana.
- Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS acquired three practices in Texas.
- Scottsbluff, Neb.-based Epic4 Specialty Partners added an orthodontics group with eight locations in Virginia.
- Brentwood, Tenn.-based Innovate 32 partnered with Fort Bend Dental in Houston.
- Chicago-based Aspen Dental opened an office in Matthews, N.C.
