The Smilist adds 16-office DPO, surpasses 100 offices

Great Neck, N.Y.-based The Smilist has affiliated with BrookBeam Dental.

BrookBeam Dental is a dental partnership organization supporting 16 offices in New York.

The deal pushes The Smilist’s network to more than 100 offices, according to a May 21 news release.

The Smilist closed on a $285 million unitranche debt facility in April 2024 to continue its expansion.
