Management consulting firm Bain & Company created the net promoter score system to measure customer experience and predict business growth. Scores above 80 are designated as “world-class,” according to a news release shared with Becker’s.

USOSM said its surgeon partners consistently receive an overall score over 80, which is higher than the overall healthcare industry’s score of 58. It is also higher than scores given to retail giants like Amazon and Netflix.

USOSM has 230 surgeon partners in 26 states.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place November 12–14 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
