Palm Beach, Fla-based Viper Partners facilitated two oral surgery practice transactions.
David D. Trigg, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Keith Silverstein Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery joined DSOs through the process, according to a Dec. 5 news release.
Both transactions were completed within 90 days.
