Mr. Sauerteig was also named an operating partner of Cathay Capital, the private equity firm that backs Parkview Dental Partners, according to a Jan. 17 new release from the firm.
In the role, Mr. Sauerteig will work with the DSO’s current leadership team and board with strategic planning, advising management, strategic initiatives and integration of add-on acquisitions.
Mr. Sauerteig has previously served as president and COO of Atlanta-based Benevis.
Parkview Dental Partners supports 22 general and specialty dental practices throughout Florida, the release said.
