6 dental leadership moves

Here are six dental leadership moves from the last two weeks:

  1. Dental software company Tab32 named Erin Norris, Jim Smit and Paul Blocchi as directors of strategic accounts.
  2. Belangie Perez-Torres was elected vice president for professional development of the New York Dental Hygienists’ Association.
  3. Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance appointed William Mauthe III, DDS, as dental director and Bernard Bolka as market vice president.
  4. Wayne Aldredge, DMD, Sheri Doniger, DDS, Emily Boge and Paul Goodman, DMD, were added as members of vTail’s clinical advisory board to support the healthcare communication app’s dental channel.
  5. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners appointed Michael Unton COO.
  6. Joseph Zambon, DDS, PhD, dean of the University of Buffalo (N.Y.) School of Dental Medicine, announced that he will retire Jan. 5 after 39 years with the school.
