The Dentsply Sirona board of directors has begun a search for a permanent CEO with the help of an executive search firm. No reason for Mr. Casey’s termination was given.
The company’s previous CFO, Jorge Gomez, resigned and will begin his CFO role at Moderna on May 9. He is succeeded by Barbara Bodem, who will join the company April 25 as interim CFO and work with Mr. Gomez during the transition before he departs from Dentsply Sirona on May 6.
