Ms. Omori joins the DSO with more than 30 years of experience working for healthcare companies, including Chicago-based Caravel Autism Health, Oak Brook, Ill.-based Athletico Physical Therapy and Millennium Pharmacy Systems, also based in Oak Brook.
In her new role, Ms. Omori will oversee the development and execution of the company’s people strategy, including compensation and benefits, talent recruitment and development, and diversity and equity initiatives.
