Dental laser company Biolase recently promoted Jennifer Bright to chief financial officer and Steven Sandor to chief operating officer, effective immediately.
Ms. Bright previously served as the company's vice president of finance since April 2021, according to a July 7 news release. Mr. Sandor has served in several roles since joining the company in 2019, with his most recent being senior director of commercial operations and service.
Biolase recently extended its secured term loan with healthcare investment firm SWK Funding and entered a securities purchase agreement valued at $6.5 million with an unnamed institutional investor.
