Mr. Malik has more than 20 years of experience working in technology and engineering, including spending the last four working in revenue cycle management for the healthcare industry, according to a Nov. 22 news release from the company.
In his new role, he will work to improve processes and drive sales while overseeing quality assurance, security and compliance, the release said. Two of his areas of focus will be increasing automation and the application of artificial intelligence in the claims adjudication process.
