4 dental C-suite moves to know

1. Hackensack, N.J.-based Max Surgical Specialty Management added Paul Olson as CFO.

2. Charlotte, N.C.-based Flagship Specialty Partners named Jason Lockwood as its next president and CEO.

3. Waltham, Mass.-based 42 North Dental appointed Holly Firestine its chief people officer.

4. Delta Dental of Tennessee CEO Phil Wink, DDS, is set to retire at the end of 2023.
