USOSM names 2 senior VPs of operations

Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management appointed two senior vice presidents of operations.

Melissa Winfield will oversee operations in the Western half of the U.S., while David Livesay will oversee operations in the Eastern half, according to a news release shared with Becker’s.

Ms. Winfield has been with USOSM since 2018, most recently serving as vice president of operations. Mr. Livesay has more than 15 years of experience in operations and finance, most recently serving as senior vice president of operations for U.S. Anesthesia Partners.

USOSM President and CEO Richard Hall said in the news release that the appointments will support the company’s accelerated growth in the oral surgery industry.

USOSM is a management services organization supporting oral surgery practices in 24 states.
