The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry has named eight new board officers and trustees at its annual meeting.
Here are the the appointments, according to a May 31 press release from the organization:
- President: Scott Cashion, DDS
- President-elect: Scott Smith, DDS
- Vice president: Thomas Ison, DMD
- Secretary-treasurer: Carlos Bertot, DMD
- At large/federal service trustee: Anthea Mazzawi, DMD
- American Board of Pediatric Dentistry director: Steven Rayes, DDS
- Southeastern district trustee: Ann Bynum, DDS
- Northeastern district trustee: Hakan Koymen, DDS
