Mr. Collins most recently served as vice president of financial planning and analysis and CFO of system services for Cambridge, Mass.-based Beth Israel Lahey Health, according to a July 18 news release.
The appointment is effective as of July 17.
Through its affiliated dental brands, Sonrava Health has nearly 600 offices across 21 states, the release said.
