Dr. Gregory Chadwick appointed president of FDI World Dental Federation

Gregory Chadwick, DDS, was installed as president of the FDI World Dental Federation.

Dr. Chadwick has served as president-elect since 2021, and will serve as president for two years, according to a Sept. 27 news release from the American Dental Association. 

Dr. Chadwick served as president of the ADA from 2001 to 2002 and a trustee from 1996 to 2000. He also currently serves as the dean of the East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine in Greenville, N.C.

The FDI World Dental Federation includes approximately 200 national dental associations from more than 130 countries worldwide, the release said.
