Joining the board are Mojdeh Poul and Kevin Conroy, according to a Dec. 5 news release from Align.
Ms. Poul is the former executive vice president and group president of 3M Health Care. Mr. Conroy is president, CEO and board chairman of Exact Sciences.
Four of the 10 directors on Align’s board, including Ms. Poul and Mr. Conroy, have been appointed in the last six years, the release said.
