Community Smiles Dental operates two clinics in Waukesha and Menomonee Falls, Wis., and serves four counties in the state. The clinic has served more than 30,000 patients since its opening in 2008.
Ms. Ramirez plans to assist the clinic with the transition of a new CEO, however, it is not yet known who will fill her position, Greater Milwaukee Today reported.
