Mr. Smelter has more than 20 years of experience in the dental industry, working with private practice, dental groups and a dental insurer before joining Specialty Smile Partners.
Specialty Smile Partners has filled several other leadership roles recently. Jared Ayes was hired as vice president of operations, and David Sopp was appointed chief development officer.
