In the role, Ms. James will oversee all marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, foster new patient acquisition and enhance patient loyalty, according to a Jan. 7 news release.
Prior to joining Heartland Dental, Ms. James served as chief marketing officer for North American at EssilorLuxottica’s Professional Solutions Division, an eyewear company.
Ms. James has more than 30 years of experience across multiple industries, including consumer products, home appliances and optical healthcare, the release said.
