In addition to leading operations, Mr. Fradkin’s new role will focus on customer experience, network growth and business expansion. He will report to U.S. Executive Vice President, COO and CFO Frederic Simard, according to a Feb. 27 news release.
Fradkin has more than 30 years of experience in group insurance, specializing in dental and vision coverage. He most recently served as president of FastTrack, a technology solutions provider for insurers. He has also served in leadership positions with MetLife, Guardian and Lincoln Financial.
