Invisalign manufacturer Align Technology has named Kevin Conroy as chair of its board of directors, effective July 1,
Mr. Conroy will replace C. Raymond Larkin, Jr., who is retiring after more than 20 years on the board, according to a June 18 news release.
Mr. Conroy has served on Align’s board since December 2023 and most recently chaired the board’s Compensation and Human Capital Committee. He also served as chair and CEO of Exact Sciences Corp. until its acquisition by Abbott Laboratories in March.
Mr. Larkin will remain on the board and serve on the Nominating and Governance Committee through Dec. 31 to support the transition.
