The CEOs of Overjet and U.S. Oral Surgery Management were recently included in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year regional lists for 2025.
The Entrepreneur of the Year awards celebrate leaders who are working to transform industries and create long-term value.
USOSM President and CEO Rick Hall received his award for the Southwest list, while Overjet CEO Wardah Inam, PhD, received her award for the Bay Area list.
Awardees from the regional list will go on to be considered for the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Awards, which will be presented in November, and then the World Entrepreneur Of The Year award in 2026.
Mr. Hall is up against 13 other leaders for the national award, while Dr. Inam is up against 10 others.
