Mr. Casper brings over 30 years of experience in the dental and medical device industries, having most recently served as CEO of DenMat Holdings, a dental laboratory specializing in cosmetic restorations, according to a Sept. 24 news release
The company also appointed Conrad Rensburg as president, John Ballard as COO and Sid Jain as chief integration officer.
Denbright Dental Labs operates seven laboratories and serves over 5,000 customers across North America, the release said.
