Mr. Coleman succeeds Barbara Bodem, who served as interim CFO since May, according to a Sept. 22 news release from Dentsply Sirona. Ms. Bodem will remain with the company as Mr. Coleman’s advisor until Oct. 24.
Mr. Coleman has 30 years of financial management experience. He previously served as executive vice president and COO of Integra Lifesciences Holdings.
Dentsply Sirona underwent several leadership changes since the launch of its internal investigation into possible securities fraud. These changes include appointing Simon Campion as president and CEO, terminating Chief Accounting Officer Ranjit Chadha and replacing Mr. Chadha with Richard Wagner.
