In the role, Dr. Butterman will be focused on helping dentists achieve professional and practice excellence by improving educational pathways and maintaining education standards, according to a Jan. 22 news release.
Dr. Butterman has practiced dentistry in Centennial, Colo., for more than 30 years and has served as faculty chair of CDOCS since 2023.
Spear Education is a provider of advanced dental education and practice management solutions, the release said.
