Ms. Ferrero will be responsible for managing corporate governance activities, board activity and more, according to an April 1 news release.
Before her promotion, Ms. Ferrero served as the company’s vice president, senior counsel, corporate and deputy secretary. She has been with Henry Schein since 2004.
Ms. Ferrero’s new role is effective July 1.
