Dr. Neshat, the founder of the company, will become chair of the company’s board of directors, according to a March 1 news release.
Ms. Lolli previously served as president and CEO of SelectHealth, the health plan division of Intermountain Health, and will assume her new role at Liberty Dental Plan on March 6.
