Britt Vitalone, executive vice president and CFO at the McKesson Corporation, has been appointed to Align Technology’s Board of Directors and Audit Committee.
Mr. Vitalone has worked with McKesson since 2006 and has provided financial leadership to several major businesses within the company, including its pharmaceutical and specialty health unit and its medical-surgical unit.
Align Technology said in a July 2 news release that its board now includes 11 directors.
