Heera Chang, DDS, MD, was appointed as the first female dental director of Hawaii Dental Service, a dental benefits provider. 

The Chicago Dental Society named Heather Nash as the organization's seventh executive director and the first female to hold the position.

Florham Park, N.J.-based Select Dental Management recently appointed Stephen Saukaitis CEO and added him to the board of directors.

Great Neck, N.Y.-based DSO the Smilist appointed Andrew Mintz as the company's new CEO.

Tom Blake, DDS, has been named president-elect of the Indiana Dental Association, according to an April 28 report by The Waynedale News.

Debra Engelhardt-Nash was elected as the 2023 president of the Academy for Private Dental Practice.

The American Association for Dental, Oral and Craniofacial Research appointed Alexandre Vieira, DDS, PhD, as president for 2023-24.
