Jason Halupnick joined Park Dental Partners earlier this month as vice president of business development.
Mr. Halupnick worked at Park Dental Partners from 2015 until 2020, when he left to join another company. He has now rejoined the DSO to lead its acquisition strategy, according to a news release from the company.
Park Dental Partners recently filed for its initial public offering, with plans to raise $20 million by offering more than 1.5 million shares at a price range of $12 to $14.
